When it comes time to create a new invoice simply type your clients name, company name or email address and Invoice Journal will show you which clients match your criteria. Select a client from the list and everything will be setup for you. Need to change the billing or shipping information? No problem, simply click the Edit link and edit client information in real-time when creating or editing invoices.

Add your products and services to your system to quickly add items to your invoices and never re-type the product name, description or price again. Simply start to type the product name and Invoice Journal will list all of your products and services that match what you've typed. Select one of the items and Invoice Journal will pre-fill all of the fields for you, it doesn't get much easier than that.
Add custom taxes, fees, and discounts to each individual item in your invoice or set a global tax to have everything (that is taxable) taxed. Save this information with the product and have it auto-fill the next time you need this item in an invoice.
